You’ve got the sims. Now get the system.
RacePOS charges, starts and times every race, and balances your cash at closing. No notebook, no stopwatch, at one venue or all of them.
The screens on this page are the real system with sample data, shown in its Spanish interface. Go ahead and click them.

Opening a sim racing venue is easy.
Running it, not so much.
From the notebook
to the system.
| Today | With RacePOS |
|---|---|
| You charge and write it down in a notebook. | You charge in the POS and every race is recorded with its payment method. |
| You start the game on every computer. | The simulator only starts once the POS registers the race. |
| You keep time with a stopwatch. | Every race runs its own clock and ends by itself. |
| At closing, you count the cash and hope it adds up. | Blind cash count: you know to the cent if anything is short or over. |
| To know how you’re doing, you have to be there. | Sales, cash closings and alerts for every venue on your phone. |
Start a race
in one click.
Track, car, players and payment from each venue’s POS. A race can use several simulators, and the price is calculated automatically.
Live timing,
just like on TV.
A timing tower for every race and telemetry for every driver, on the venue’s screen.
Cash closing
with a blind count.
The expected cash only shows up after the count is entered, so nobody copies the system’s number. You see the cash closings of all your venues.
The opening float was $1,000. The expected amount shows up when you finish typing.
All your venues.
One place.
Revenue, sessions, cash closings and peak hours for every venue, and how they rank against each other. If one doesn’t close its cash, you get a notification on your phone.
It updates itself.
Without stopping a race.
All your venues get the new version. Races in progress are kept, and the install waits for them to finish.

Each team charges and starts races on its venue’s POS. You see them all in the dashboard.
What people
ask us most.
Can I manage several venues?
Yes. Each venue has its own POS, races and cash closing. You see them all in one dashboard: revenue, sessions, cash closings, peak hours, the ranking between venues and alerts.
Does it work if I take cash?
Yes. Every race is stored with its payment method (cash, card or transfer), and the blind cash count tells you whether the cash adds up.
How many simulators can I run?
As many as you need, in one or many venues. You set how many races run at once at each venue, and each race can use one or several simulators.
Do I need internet to operate?
The POS works on the local network without internet. It only needs it to connect to the hub and for updates. Races keep running even if the connection drops.
How do updates work?
When a new version is out, the POS shows a green update button. Races in progress are kept, and the install waits for them to finish.
Do I need IT skills to install it?
No. We send you the installer with your venue’s activation. The Cloudflare tunnel is included: no ports to open, no routers to configure.
How much does it cost?
RacePOS is a subscription. The price depends on how many venues and simulators you run: write to us and we’ll send you a proposal.
Which simulators are supported?
Today the system is integrated with Assetto Corsa, the most widely used simulator in venues thanks to its realism and content. Support for other simulators is on the roadmap.
